cesnekova polevka (garlic soup)

Recipe from Czech Republic

Ingredients for four people.

20 cloves of garlic
1 litre and a half of water
salt
cumin
peppercorns
oregano
butter
flour
bread
shredded cheese

First, take a casserole and heat up some butter (two full spoons), then crush the garlic and put it into the casserole and add some flour (one full spoon) and pour water, seasoning (spicies) and let it boil for 15-20minutes slow-fire.

Slice the bread and cook it in a pan to make it crispy.

Serve the soup, with the bread and cheese.
